Management is unethical, inconsistent, demeaning.........overall unprofessional. You’ll be told to ignore your customer after you sign them up for a campaign and push everything to customer service, where nothing gets resolved (look at other reviews on the internet). You’ll be told to sign coaches up for a campaign when the coaches tell you that they can’t or won’t run one. You rarely get your commission on time, if you get it at all. Management won’t approve some time off until after you meet your metrics for that day, even when you request the time off weeks in advance. Management says to run it like it is your business, but any thinking outside the box will be addressed. You will be questioned for using the restroom if you are behind on your metrics. You are encouraged to text coaches info about Fan Cloth and try to sign them up, but you will get in trouble for being on your phone at the same time. You will get written up for being behind on your call volume, right after being praised for having several good conversations with coaches in a day and surpassing your closing quota. Basically if you are respectful, understand the socio-economical struggles of some parts of the country, want to take care of your customers, want to help your co-workers, think outside the box to get good quality results, think smarter instead of work harder, or have a heart................don’t work here. This job is for the pushy car salesmen. Which is the management.
