The offer letter also different from fellow colleagues eventho they hold the same title and position. Again, makes you think how HR measure this actually. 3. C levels also emailed like a whatsapp conversation without proper context. Unproffesionals. 5. No proper training provided. 6. The most disappointing part is that the company presents a strong facade on LinkedIn and Instagram, yet internally the management appears indifferent, as if waiting for the organization to fall apart.
