- Very small company = lack of processes- can be very hard to organize and synchronize work - No communication between divisions and even between team members, makes completing tasks extremely hard - Under pressure to raise money for the project

There are tons to learn, if you would like to know more about Blockchain this is a great opportunity. People are very helpful and knowledgeable. You can't learn so much anywhere else. Everything is just starting so your opinion can be heard.

Typical growing startup pain There are a lot to be done and always need more people, if you are a 9-5 er this isn't for you.
