Pluspunten
It’s a start-up, so you have lots of room to grow as long as you are ready to put in the effort and do the work. Opportunities are fairly given to the people who work for it. Coworkers are friendly and willing to help, and there are a handful of gems in management who are brilliant.
Minpunten
As with most startups, I would say that the salary is not competitive with market rate, and the standard and quality of work at this company is not the highest. It’s a startup but plenty of coworkers lack a growth mindset and critical thinking skills. Not enough manpower and resources, so be ready to be the one to do the work if there is nobody else around to do it. However, personally, the pros outweighed the cons, and I generally had a fun time working here with the opportunity to try lots of things which was helpful for my career growth.
