Remote work, very little to no micromanagering. Employs also immigrants, which is quite rare for Finnish companies.

Minpunten

Pay gouging, you make consistently more straight from school than you do if you have been here for longer time. This has happened to me twice now. I started in 2021 with pay of 3000 €/month with 2 years experience in practically same job with same tools. and 7 years experience in field total. in 2023 I made 3030 e/month with extra responsibilities and on boarding responsibility. At the same time fresh out of school persons made 3200 €/month on same job without any extra responsibilities. in 2024 I made 3450 €/month while straight out of school person was offered 3500 €/month.

Travel, experience, and pay are the only pros

Minpunten

You will more than likely be worked until they just replace you. Then they will begin the process again. You will be there as long as they can manipulate you.
