Pluspunten

Great place to get experience. Lots of opportunity with local branches and pretty high overturn. They give you clear direction as how to advance and there are plenty of different directions you can go when moving up.

Minpunten

Compensation... Pay scale is incredibly hard to justify staying in the same position for more than a year or two which leads to a massive amount of overturn.

You get to meet great people along the way. POS system is a great tool.

Fastenal does not do performance reviews. Trying to get a raise is near impossible. When you ask for a raise they upper management says that you need to sell more..... Fastenal seems like it's trying to weed out there tenure employees and higher college grads with no experience and little pay to replace seasoned personnel.
