Pluspunten

Training, support, and guidance from corporate employees is second to NONE for my work experience. Especially rare to find in a "large company" fellow peers really seem to care for the company and for each other.

Minpunten

The only slightly questionable part of my experience I suppose is that I would have appreciated higher pay

You get to meet great people along the way. POS system is a great tool.

Fastenal does not do performance reviews. Trying to get a raise is near impossible. When you ask for a raise they upper management says that you need to sell more..... Fastenal seems like it's trying to weed out there tenure employees and higher college grads with no experience and little pay to replace seasoned personnel.
