Working with people from different companies, skill levels and tenures allows you to learn a lot. The sales roles are fun. District Managers are down to earth and easy to connect with on different levels. Working in the warehouse or corporate level is not as exciting.

LOW PAY. HIGH TURN OVER. Compensation is not up to par with average market values in the Bay Area. If you are an expert sales person, you have great potential for income with commission. If you are internal store support, warehouse or corporate level, the pay is not desirable. There is not much value or recognition given to employees who are not rock star sales professionals.
