The company is mismanaged and poorly run. There is an insanely high turnover rate, both for clients and employees and there’s definitely a reason for it. I was hopeful for the position, but it just didn’t age well. They micromanage and love to point fingers when things go wrong. I had requested on multiple occasions to have a meeting so that I could discuss the process and where things may have been going wrong, which they seemed very open too, but never followed through on. It is a very fast paced environment, you do nothing but put out fires. They are very good at looking appealing (again, both to clients and employees) but the follow through just isn’t there and they refuse to change.
