      These people have no idea what they are doing. I felt bad for the new hires that started and were let go because they were down sizing the company. The company is bleeding money to the point they closed a whole office and had to hire a Sales Consulting Company to understand how to bring in revenue. All experienced employees left after understand what was going on internally. I would not recommend a friend, I almost had a friend join and he turned them down after doing his research. I would stay away from this place, they practice values but they are far from it. They let go the people over the phone prior to the whole pandemic, which is just wrong.

      Pluspunten

      Office environment is very casual, but fast paced. Even if you have experience in the transportation and logistics industry, you haven't seen this. I knew nothing about Fastmore until I applied, but it is one of the best decisions I have made. The entire team is invested in making everyone as successful as he or she can be. There's no stuffed shirts, and management is extremely accessible. Fastmore is a younger player in the game and hungry for a bigger piece of the pie.

      At times, overnight issues can be difficult to resolve, but everyone recognizes the limitations.

      Would not recommend working here. Very poorly structured. Very poorly managed and very little pay. And toxic work environment
