The atmosphere is truly a sales floor with senior recruiters that are always looking out to help and improve on weekly and monthly goals. If you are willing to give 100% and have the drive and desire to succeed in sales, this is the place to be. It is a hard working office with the ability to develop your own brand as a recruiter. Daily support from the South Hampton office is great.Compensation and benefits are good. Overall a great place to work.

I have nothing bad to say about the company. The were fully supportive in training me and helped me improve on my weaknesses in sales. The only reason I left was due to my desire to go back to seagoing job.
