-Factory planners change procedures often with little thought to impact on day to day work

-There are VERY few full-time employees most of the factory is made up of temporary employees due to the poor management and uncertainty of your work schedule.
-Experienced employees will often get moved to unfamiliar areas causing some areas to be constantly short staffed
