No professional growth Leadership with 0 communication not interested in employee potential and they ability to work Teams dont communicate at all Managers dont have time, a lot of silo amongst teams good managers are laid off or they resign Top level leadership is not interested in building strong employee relationships Lay offs are continuous Indifference townhalls are rushed, every leadership meeting is rushed or constricted by time so no one can talk freely Performance reviews are a joke
