Pluspunten

* Fully remote * Good people culture (a remnant of a better time, more than anything) * Good healthcare coverage * Whoever is in charge of Fearless' branding needs a huge pay increase, it's the only reason this company even stands out at all

Minpunten

* Fledgling leadership. The leadership of this company seems more committed hiring outside consultants to pad out some people's bank account than keeping employees happy. They have no vision other than "more money, more contracts." Any professional engineering and design rigor is due to luck of quality hires. Total reorgs every 3-6 months. * Over the last 12-18 months, the majority of the 'glue' employees of this company have left. Every tenured employee who made Fearless what it is, is leaving, or looking to leave. * Compensation is lacking, raise and bonus structure is "performance based" a.k.a. we'll deny cost of living adjustments under the guise of anything. If you do well enough, or someone crucial leaves your project, they will offer a promotion, and lowball you so hard you decide to leave the company * "Performance Management" cycle is half a year long.
