      I had a really positive experience working at FeatureMind. The team was collaborative and genuinely supportive — you’re encouraged to share ideas, and leadership actually listens. There was a good balance between autonomy and mentorship, and plenty of room to try new things and build your skills. Pros: - Supportive leadership that values employee input - Great team culture and collaboration - Transparent communication and regular feedback - Opportunities to learn and grow within your role - Flexible working hours and healthy work-life balance

      If you are young, you will be employed.

      A company run entirely based on personal whims. There is no such thing as management. Micromanagement is at its peak. You can suddenly find yourself fired without warning. Aggressive attitude, unplanned leadership. You can end up without a project from one day to the next, and still be asked, “So what did you do today?” Easily the worst years of my life.
