I have had the most fun time in fal.ai since I've been working. We are now a 6 person team that is tackling how to make very accessible Python tools to data people. The fact that we are building part of the company in open source also means we get to interact with customers a lot and learn their use cases to improve the product. The team is super friendly and everyone is in a different city of the world, so ther's almost always someone online. The team has met in person.

Remote work can be lonely and you have to make a habit of reaching out when you are having doubts on how to proceed in some work.
