The pay increase and Benefits especially will be (once I receive my / cigna identification card) tremendously helping my family and myself. I am thriving as a FedEx employee since starting, without going unnoticed I have always given my 100% effort. I look forward to a long career with FedEx and hopefully retire with them.
Minpunten
The times of year when I am limited to 30 or less hours per week, making the ability for me to gross what I was told I would make annually impossible. This makes it incredibly difficult for me to successfully provide for my loved ones and takes a lot of my focus and determination to improve with FedEx Ground, since I now have been thinking of other employment opportunities because it is a must for me to survive and live some sort of comfortably. Just the stress of needing a 2nd job while being a Operations manager because I am only allowed to work 30 hours while I am managing package handers that are maxing out at 45, 15 hours a week more than I am allowed to work.
