Everything. Literally everything. They will bleed your soul dry and then replace you with no hesitation if you stand up for yourself. So many coworkers have described this place as an abusive relationship. There’s little to no opportunity for advancement and they will only pick you if they know you will do more work than a human can do. My coworker was working 16 hour days. Yes. No overtime. None. Bc she was salary. That’s a joke. Hire more people but they can’t bc they’re a terrible place to work. The turnover is HIGH. They are terrible. Oh and it’s Tonawanda so be prepared for racism and sexism. Raises are like 20 cents.
