Good salary and benefits.

Minpunten

You are just a number. Much turnover at the upper management level, creating inconsistencies. They will give you increases in compensation and then get rid of you because you're making too much money. Difficult to deal with internally...too many layers to go through in order to get anything accomplished. Treat everyone as though their job is on the line every single day. Middle management is blamed for everything. Great place to be a driver or a dockworker!

- Insurance benefits are offered to part time employees - Pay is sufficient based on being part time - Management will send some communications regarding big picture matters - There is some leniency regarding calling out of work

Minpunten

- The requirement to maintain insurance is becoming more difficult - Employees are not paid the same rate simply based on tenor rather than qualifications - Management will rarely, if ever, address direct employee concerns - Leniency for calling out only seems to apply for certain employees - There is no standard of training or written expectations readily available once hired
