Pluspunten
Feedzai's product offerings deliver meaningful impact, which is definitely nice to be able to contribute towards. Considering the company operates in a primarily remote first model, there seems to be a healthy amount of purposeful engagement from senior leaders (regular all hands, which are recorded). Lots of collaboration, and knowledge sharing done in ways that are inclusive of people in different time zones. Goals are quite clear, and while there are tech / process improvements possible to take things to the next level, the important ones seem to be acknowledged, and are being actively worked on. (Rome wasn't built in a day, and leaders (both managers and ICs) are taking an iterative approach to continuously improving on the current state).
Minpunten
Some of the tooling / tech stack is a little dated. Often that means it's tried and tested, but there could be opportunities to improve value by looking to the future and taking some more calculated risks.
