No real product roadmap compass, company tried to create multiple industry solutions without building sufficient SME knowledge into the product, felt like a general AI platform and not a solution, and complex implementation Customers were oversold and multiple cases of customer dissatisfaction, large clients starting to leave Egocentric CEO surrounded by yay sayers on the corporate business development side, and US GM leading to swift change in direction and doubts in leadership capabilities Culture of distrust and fear, People would wait for the one year mark layoff as a way for the company to retain their stock options before employees get vested. Company made employees sign papers that they would not be a part of class action lawsuit. Many people joined and left after just a few weeks due to leadership arrogance and bad toxic culture on the sales side in contrast to a more mature founders leadership on the technology side
