Where do I start with this company. If your planning on working here as a SALESPERSON I suggest you look at this review and many other poor reviews on this place before deciding to join as they all share a similar story. Pros's - Culture as in the team of sales guys you will be working with are actually pretty awesome. They will more than happy to show you the ropes (well at least 80% of them will). Yeah thats it. Con's - Lets start with the pay. The avg "first yrs" expected pay of 80k is absolutely FALSE advertising. 95% of first yrs made less than 40k first yr. More like 30-38k. - Oh and with that low pay you have to remember there is no re-imburstment of gas money and you will be traveling ALOT. Easily over 1000 miles per mo. Youll be spending close to $60-$100 a week on gas depending on your car. Plus add on top of that, expect car breakdowns you have to fix (because you will have them) you will not be having a great ROI working here. Even if you have a fairly used car you will need to eventually buy a new one so GOOD LUCK! - Like I mentioned in the title by far one of the worst things about this company is the management. The best way to describe it is this. Its a cut throat environment in a more rapport way. What I mean is this. Managers will be the most biased people you will see there. If you have no connection to the manger or a "well known" person working there already the chances of you making it will be highly unlikely even if YOU ARE CLOSING OVER 40%. You need to/will understand fast that results dont actually matter. Its rapport with the manager that matters the most. "Top guys" (people who have history with managers) will have priority, safety net, bad leads taken off their grid raising their closing, every advantage that comes to mind. If youre not, have fun running the left-over leads. The leads with less than 4 products on list (like 4 or less windows, 1 entry door, 1 storm door, 1 patio door). Plus remember you just traveled over 50miles that day and that deal will never give you a ROI. Many heavy hitters have left recently and their always hiring more new guys. Hmmm......I wonder why? So, If you know the manager or a "top guy" refers you, you will be guareenteed a abundant source of good leads. So do your best to get referred because thats THE ONLY WAY to make a great ROI here. If not, dont bother. This is the SECRET your welcome :).
