-leads pick favorites and they get easy jobs or they walk around and do nothing while others work their butts off. -higher up chooses friends and less qualified people for advancement instead of people who truly deserve it. -when you have a day off so you schedule things, they force you in on forced overtime. They don't care if you have something scheduled on days that you were supposed to be off. If you don't come in, you will get a point. It makes it hard to have a life or plan doctors appointments. -you will work your butt off while leads buddy's play cards in the break room, watch games on TV, or take extra long breaks, but lord forbid you come back a few minutes late. -the benefits are overpriced and don't cover anything!
