Consistent long term vision with staff, product, and distribution; decisions based on long term implications not quarterly earnings. A true performance leader in every sense of the term. Initially started in territory sales and was promoted several times. The training provided at each level was incredible, very supportive of individual development and growth. Solid staff with a management team and owner/family in Germany that cared about the individual. Even with thousands of employees, it felt like a Festool family. In the US (and Canada) I am proud to have been part of a company that rose from obscurity to a major player in the marketplace, changing an industry sector along the way.
