      Company is incredibly small and disorganized. Constant redirection of tasks. I honestly can’t say enough bad things about my experience but please don’t work here. It may sound good on paper but unless you can/want to be constantly defending your informed decisions you were hired to make, stay away. History of racism/homophobia/sexism in addition. A lot of guilt-tripping and virtue signaling from the owner.

      Pluspunten

      Fetch Eyewear was a great place to get a feel of how a small business works! I really enjoyed working there and our boss, Ann Sacks, was so accommodating and it really shows how much she cares for her employees, product, and the betterment of rescue animals. I would absolutely recommend anyone working there!!!

      OWNER IS EXTREMELY ABUSIVE. Management is manipulative and cruel. There is no room for growth, you are started at a basic wage and it is near impossible to get a raise or move to another position within the company. The owner is quite discriminatory against queer/alternative. Employees are treated very poorly and like they are useless and contribute nothing to the company when in fact the small amount of employees at the company do everything they can everyday to keep the company afloat. All in all, the people who run this company are rich and entitled and they are consistently disrespectful to others.
