Management promise that forever increasing targets will be hit to achieve bonuses, and they rarely are. Management and upper management pretend to care, it is all lip service. They will, if they can, avoid or delay payments owed to suppliers, service contractors and freelancers. They hire under-experienced, young staff and pay them dreadful wages and see a regular turnover of staff, due to stress, regular unpaid overtime, lack of skills, support and training. The quality of events delivered is below average. Can be embarrassing representing them and acknowledging you work there. If you are a professional in tech, events or sales avoid this company. You will only leave later down the line disgruntled and wishing you listened to this review.
