Pluspunten
1- Chinese people are good and want to work and expand their IT sector. But there is communication gap between Chinese and Indian. 2- No such pros, because it is a manufacturing company and converting into IT. There is no environment like IT company. 3- Only one thing is good there, everyone leaves at 6:00 PM.
Minpunten
1- No flexible timings. 2- Zero Job Security. 3- No Increment Policy. People working here from years and there is no Increment. 4- Worst Management and HR, they are not going to listen to you. If you wanna say something they just told you to if you wanna work or not, I will do your full and final right now. Totally unprofessional behavior. 5- Chinese people always say there is a lot of projects are going to come, but god knows when it comes. So, no better projects to work here. 6- Zero HR activities on festivals or any occasion. 7- Inside the office environment, people are shouting and used bad words, like they were sitting in their own house. 8- Working here is like you are working with unprofessional people. 9- Not latest technology, work on only that technology Chinese people are already worked. They don't have the confidence to work on new technology. 10- They even don't hire higher experience people for project management. They just hire 0 to 3-year experience people and make among them a manager and TL. And manager having zero knowledge about the technical field and they are going to manage a bunch of technical people and he even don't, know how the thing can be done. You can't even ask a basic question about your project to the manager, because he is not zero technical knowledge. 11- They don't hire people of all level for projects, they just save their money and make manager to less experienced people, who are not able to work and manage properly. There is only cons in this company, if I continue to write there it takes my whole day.
