If you're an engineer considering working here, I would NOT recommend it. Very caustic work environment with no proper training or support from upper management! The employee culture/management is extremely arrogant and aggressive. Claim" they have a corporate charter that includes respect for employees. Yet the worst offenders are some top managers that can’t even say “hello” to anybody else but these above their job position! Arrogance tends to make some leaders to actually believe they are God! The Titanic went down because of arrogance so this company has a good chance to do the same!
