I'm new to Fidelis and i must say the location is ideal, especially with the Bethesda Metro right up the street. The gym in the building is 24 hours and has showers. I love the massage chair and the quiet room where i can go to take a break and clear my mind when i need to. Their free lunch Fridays are great and the endless snacks and beverages are a plus! The benefits they offer are affordable. I was a little skeptical about coming to Fidelis because some of these reviews are a bit rough but honestly Fidelis is a great place to work. The CEO is very approachable and the HR team here is very hands on and always available. For me the cherry on top of the sundae is really the people, everyone is very nice, friendly and they are wiling to help, it's really a collaborative effort.. They have unlimited PTO here and i absolutely love that! If i need time off from work i just ask for it, i don't have to worry about having enough PTO accrued.. I know the company has gone through a lot of changes over the past few years but I really like the direction the company is moving in and I am excited to be here.

the office is cold but i guess it's because of all the windows! just bring a little sweater or a light jacket to keep it in your office and you'll be ok.
