I was first alarmed when in new hire training we were all encouraged to write "Confidential" in our job description on LinkedIn. I soon figured out why. Ownership and the CEO are absolutely awful. The ivory tower that exists at the top of this organization is the reason we have been on a two year backslide. The CEO is essentially absentee and his arrogance continues to drive off our best employees. We have a good product but we have not acquired any new customers and we continue to loose existing. The only people here, came for title grabs as the people in positions of leadership do not have a clue. Please take note of the more recent positive reviews. We were offered compensation if we could prove we wrote a positive review.
