Few contract opportunities. In my role, really wasn't opportunity to work on other projects.
People stay a long time, again limits opportunities. Because the 401(k) requires 5 years to vest!
Client service teams were ok. Definitely needs improvement.
No PTO. No vacation. Horrible health insurance options. Minimum effort by leads and management. Favoritism. Toxic work environment in the Teams chats. Nothing done when reporting harassment of a coworker - retaliation experienced after reporting the harassment.
