      Stable work environment at a large company. Smart professionals to work with.

      Difficult to get promoted or move into other roles. You feel stuck in a box and limited in your growth.

      Pluspunten

      Subsidized cafeteria and nice campus Great co-workers. High caliber of people that I work with at all levels, but it is also a very high-profile project.

      Minpunten

      Few contract opportunities. In my role, really wasn't opportunity to work on other projects. People stay a long time, again limits opportunities. Because the 401(k) requires 5 years to vest! Client service teams were ok. Definitely needs improvement.
