You form close relationships with the members of your team. This leads to great leadership development. Younger referees also have the opportunity to have older referees as their assistants.
Minpunten
Older members are given more priority even if they are not as skillful as the younger referees. Only a few of the younger referees even have the opportunity to prove that they may be more skillful than some older members.
