      Great place to launch an entry level career Great benefits Organized Career objectives are clearly stated and will be emphaticed if you fail to reach your performance measurements. If you live in CINCY, OH you will have career growth opportunties, if you live in another market don't expect to retire from ths company!!

      Minpunten

      Expect to work 6 days a week if your in retail at a minimum of twice a month Not much growth in retail Management does not encourage Persoal Bankers to get licensed. Sales is a primary focus, if your not living and breathing the company culture, your going to see like the TITANIC! No diversity in management/leadership roles,really people? This is 2012! If your MANAGER isn't good, you will more than likely fail! Comnpany does not allow much movement in retail environment.

      Loved working here even though it was for a short period of time. Staff so great and management is lovely! I hope to return after i am done with college.

      The training is very thorough and extensive. They take security seriously. You are supported when you’re a new hire. There are ways to be involved and feel included in the company. Information is readily available to help you.

      It is a job that can lead to a lot of stress. It can be very fast paced. There are a lot of policies, procedures and information to remember. Should have proficient computer skills to be successful with this position..
