-Exceptionally bright people. Your co-workers are some of the most dedicated, and smartest folks- and are shaping the face of ML and AI. Plus, they are just nice (even if they will drive you nuts sometimes). -Dedicated management. No company is perfect. This company I think accepts that, and works to try and address it. It truly is how you adapt and overcome each day. -Dedicated co-workers. People step up. -Great benefits. -Cutting edge- if you want to be a part of how AI/ML is going to move forward, you will find it here. -Great product. I mean, it's built around a killer idea and has evolved as ML is evolving. -Teams are all really good, and there's a lot of "go for it" kind of culture.

Minpunten

-The company has had its share of bumps and bruises. Hiring too fast, then letting some folks go. It can get discouraging. That's changing, though. The company did the best it could, I feel, in handling that situation. -Sometimes it's a little tough to know the hows of navigating internally. Minor issue and it just takes some time to figure it out.

We love the team here too. You are correct though. We need to continue to push the comfort zone including with our metrics. We can't shy away from difficult conversations and situations. Hopefully, this has become more evident in our weekly goals meetings and company KPIs. Feel free to provide anonymous feedback and let us know if you see any positive changes.

- Exciting company that works with nearly every vertical to deliver high-quality training data for new Machine Learning Initiatives. - Great benefits (health insurance, unlimited vacation, free lunch, kitchen, events) - Talented, driven colleagues - Friendly office environment - Lots of cute dogs to play with - Transparent management

Minpunten

- The area surrounding the office can be a bit off-putting with instances of feces/needles in the street but if you want to be in downtown San Francisco, this is sadly the norm and being 2 blocks from Powell bart is somewhat worth it.

I believe Figure Eight is truly a leader in AI/machine learning space. It is exciting to watch where we are going and hear about the potential we have. Compared to other companies I have worked for, I personally feel the trust and transparency have been a huge positive factor for me. In addition, the company has invested in my growth and given me opportunities I feel lucky to have had. I have been able to expand my background more in the 8 months I've been here than ever before in my career. I am excited to go to work in the morning and I enjoy being around my coworkers. It is a positive work environment where my ideas and opinions are valued and welcomed. I highly recommend this company and can honestly say the best is yet to come!

Minpunten

The only cons I can say align with any startup/tech/SaaS company that I have worked for. There is an amount of uncertainty of the future when you work for these kinds of companies as it is a lot of trial and error, changes and adaption, and restructures. For me, these can also be positives though since I am not one who thrives in a monotonous work environment.
