Pros – The technology here is the best in class at what it does. I was client facing and almost every client said the same thing: you guys have the best technology and I would love to use you. The company spends a significant amount of developer time remaining on the cutting edge of user generated content tools and will have a compelling offering now and in the future. The people are great to work with and the company culture is positive and rewarding.

The only real challenge in working here was the long sales cycles. There is no RRSP matching and no formal employee training, but I suspect that management would be open to investing in its employees.

Always learning something new. Good hires, good technology - great barbecues. Busy place days fly by. Great location.
