Unstable industry due to low margins

The team here is highly collaborative and have been great to work with. We've tackled some pretty big challenges and so far we've continued to keep this business going. I can work remotely which is a big plus for me and I've had a lot of opportunity to advance. I've had more in the lines of professional development in the last few years with Filld than any other position before this.

The biggest con for me is that the hours can be very long and often times business issues will cut in on family time.
