Minpunten
Creates new positions for only upper management and fakes promotions for higher pay grades. Ignores feedback. Ignores ideas. Rarely promotes internally. They restructure the entire company on an annual basis and restructure incentive plans annually, while constantly changing standards. This has been going on for over 15 years. If a company has to restructure every single year, then they have some deep underlying management issues. Staff is leaving and the CEO says that's ok because people are coming back. Well...it's not producing employees that are returning.
