Even though the company is fully remote, I still feel connected and part of a team, which isn’t easy to pull off. There are also plenty of opportunities to learn and grow, with ongoing training and resources that make it clear management is invested in our development.

On the flip side, it’s a fast-paced environment, so if you are not adaptable it can feel overwhelming at times. The company is growing quickly, and with that comes a few processes still being built out and refined.
