As an intern, the FYI team was extremely inviting. They assisted me when learning new skills in deck building, client relationships, and sourcing. The entire team had clear organization for each client along with excellent time management throughout campaigns. Overall, Find Your Influence is a well rounded and supportive company that fosters successful campaigns and employee growth.

The only con that comes to mind is that it is a remote position. However, this helps with convenience and comfort depending on your personal preferences.

Remote offers some flexibility but not much.

RUN. Seriously, do not walk — RUN. This place will make you feel valued and important, and then turn around and completely throw you to the curb without a second thought. The lack of transparency and accountability from management is staggering, and the "we're a family" rhetoric makes it so much worse when you realize it means absolutely nothing. Growth? Forget it. There is zero opportunity to learn anything innovative or advance your career. Freezes across the board with no remorse, no communication, and no care — banking on a tough job market to keep you stuck. The culture of gaslighting is real. When things go wrong, expect to be made to feel like it's your fault. Management has perfected the art of making you question your own perception of reality. All in all, this place is not worth your time, your talent, or your sanity. There are better opportunities out there — don't settle for this. RUN!!!
