From my experience and the code I have seen from their side, they had poor management of codebases and it becomes difficult to grasp their entire codebase

There is no such thing as an employee here, feel like working with a bunch of friends. Still, we would be motivated to do things in time and with the best results. I started with very little experience, and I was given so many opportunities to work on, which results in unconscious learning and skill development . Candidates who love working in a startup will definitely love the experience here. Special mention to the founders who are really friendly and motivating.
