At the right moments, they support the team, ensuring we have the resources and encouragement needed to succeed. The team they’ve assembled is fantastic—everyone is friendly and supportive, demonstrating a keen eye for talent. The compensation package here is above market rate, which is a significant plus. Work-life balance is respected, with generally no overtime expected, allowing us to maintain a healthy lifestyle. The events we work on are among the largest in Hong Kong annually, providing immense exposure and opportunities for professional growth.
