Management is TERRIBLE. The owners don't care how the employees are treated. When there is conflict between an employee and management, the owners basically tell you to just deal with it or to let the manager deal with everything their way, but if they fail, let them fall flat on their face. No support from owners or managers at all. The place may appear very nice, but the pools are drenched in chlorine and there's LOTS of dead insects. Don't expect any support from management or even a listening ear -- they don't care. The manager that was there would always accuse you of being rude, unprofessional, or that guests are complaining specifically about you, when it's never true. She also really enjoyed writing people up. It's only all about the money. It is a family business, so there's no HR to even go to. The pay is terrible for all that you do. Apart from FD duties (answering phone calls, booking appointments, checking in/out guests), you're also doing spa attendant's job, getting food orders, assisting with bringing out drink/food orders, and of course clearing up the mess--bringing back plates and cups to the restaurant--essentially part time job at the restaurant without being paid for it. You get 10% commission on the stuff you sell and for each membership you sign a person up for is $20 to your paycheck. There are no overtime hours opportunities. You can take a 30minute or hour break. The system they use for booking is called Booker.
