They are the most likely to hire you first and see how you perform instead of throwing you out because your resume is a little light on experience. Employees know what they need to do to advance, and if you have a goal within the company, your leads and manager will help you reach it. When I started, I knew very little about programming in C or embedded systems, and near the end of my career with them, I was a skilled programmer and trained others. I cannot speak for the other departments, but in multiplex, if you work hard, follow the company's standards, and fix bugs very carefully, you will be very successful.
