Product/data was ALWAYS an issue day in and day out - feedback was taken with animosity and blame and issues were never fixed, causing unnecessary stress and continued daily inaccuracy. There is no culture. At all. It's a very siloed company with many internal cliques. Huge lack of communication from leadership. Good luck getting a salary that pays your bills…you won't get that bonus you were promised, or a raise.
