Working at First Bridge has been a very positive experience for me. I originally joined with a focus on recruitment, but over time I’ve been given the opportunity to expand into broader HR and people strategy work. There is a strong sense that people care about the impact of what they do. I’ve also had the chance to contribute to improving hiring processes, strengthening safer recruitment practices, and helping build the people systems needed as the organisation grows. It’s been a great environment to develop professionally and take ownership of projects that make a real difference. The team is supportive and collaborative, and there’s a shared focus on doing things properly and improving over time.
