Staff receive fewer school holiday periods throughout the year. However, this is balanced by receiving annual leave entitlements that can be used at your own discretion, allowing for greater flexibility when planning time off outside of peak holiday periods.

The management team, particularly at recruitment and supervisory level, go above and beyond to make new staff feel welcome even when joining from abroad, which was my personal experience. What stood out most was the genuine commitment to individualised learning and the openness to new approaches. the team consistently looks at each child as an individual and adapts practice accordingly. As an ABA Therapist, working in an environment that truly embraces individualised, evidence-based practice made such a difference to the quality of work I was able to deliver. The team culture is warm, collaborative and professional. I learned an enormous amount during my time here and felt genuinely supported in my development throughout.

I have no significant concerns to raise. Any growing organisation will always have areas to refine, but nothing that overshadowed what was an overwhelmingly positive experience.
