Minpunten
Horrible working hours with little compensation. I worked 65+ hours a week for 3 years. After someone in my department was let go I had to do his job and my job, with no compensation. You will often find that most employees work 60-70 hours a week for below industry standard pay. Oh and the pay is below average, even for a bank. I know first hand they once tried to hire a Senior Cisco Admin for 1/2 what the industry standard was. If you are in management however you are very well compensated. If you are BFF's with someone up top you can set your own hours. Management doesn't take responsibility for their own actions and pass the consequences to their employees.
