I was in HR and only worked at Cash America for a little over a year. I loved the job and the people and the company was great to work for. They were very innovative and took care of their employees. I enjoyed shopping their jewelry and was able to acquire a few while working there.
Minpunten
My direct report made my life miserable by being such a micro manager. Because she had no other HR experience, and promoted thru the company, she was not open to any suggestions or recommendations. Her decisions was based only from her own perspective; very subjective and not objective. She did not allow managers to make decisions or give feedback. Luckily the company eliminated her position too.
