The people are fun to be with, a good environment.

Pay is really only good if it is your first job...no real growth. I won every award they offered in the first 6 months...after that where can I go? Micro managed on quotas...but that was a particular boss. Cold Call all day long! Boooo

First Choice is a great company to work for with lots of opportunities to grow! The company is expanding fast, so there are always new positions opening up. I would say its collaborative work culture. A nice perk is the free snacks & coffee, some locations even have ice cream machines. The benefits and 401(k) are solid too. Overall, a great place to build a career!

the time off and pay need some work. it shouldn't take 10 years to get 3 week of vacation. They need to care about the employees we all feel like just a #. A little bit of recognition goes a long way.
